Feng Shui: Forward Movement Into Autumn.

One of my friends loves to acquire art when she travels. Art or scarves.  (But then, the scarves she acquires are usually pieces of art.)

When she looks for art to bring home, she has a preference for images that show forward-movement.  Like this...

Her belief, and it makes sense, is that having art in your home that draws you forward is good feng shui.  It keeps you moving forward, and prevents you from staying in one place.

I snapped the photo above today on my walk home.  I applied a filter to make it look more "Autumn-like." Love. Tempted to print it out and hang it on a wall.
