Believe it or not, the truth is this does taste really good. I love juicing things myself. And the reality is, I hate eating vegetables. Salads bore the crap out of me. I love roasted root veggies. But my greens? The stuff I am supposed to eat every day?
So drinking them in a wonderful potion form is the only way I will get them in me. And this recipe I found really is the yummiest.
- Handful of Spinach
- Handful of Kale
- Half an English (seedless) Cucumber
- One Bunch of Celery
- Handful of Parsley
- Inch-sized Chunk of Ginger
- One Lemon, Juiced
The above makes a daily dose of Green Juice. I made twice the amount and bottled it, because I don't want to have to clean the juicer every day.
