This was my dessert tonight at dinner. I fashioned the heart myself from a strawberry served with my molten chocolate cake. Which was delicious but rich, I only ate a few bites...

But similar to cracking the top of a perfectly crisp creme brûlée, everyone knows the best part of the molten chocolate cake is breaking into it and watching the chocolate ooze!

I think it was the perfect way to celebrate a day I've disliked since I was a teenager.
