Back To The Studio.

It's been seven days (nearly) since my last Bikram class. I finished the 101-day challenge, and took a full week off.

I am now dying to go back.

It was a very busy week at work. Not having to rush to class at the end of each days gave me some time to think about how I don't want to be spending my time. Now to put some thought to how I do want to be spending my time.

I haven't had a proper dream in about 10 years. Time to get back to the studio and begin dreaming.

You are so driven and focused. Something that I lack, but am working on. Do you think that yoga helps with depression?

YES! I think it has helped stabilize my mood very much. I get depressed too easily. And bored. This has helped keep me moving.

That's good to know. I have someone very close to me that I was going to yoga with and I think it helped her a ton. Like you, she gets bored and depressed easily and I think going back will help greatly.
