About a month ago, I ordered a hula hoop online. It seemed like a fun thing to do... Hula hooping while watching TV seemed like an awesome core workout.
And guess what???
IT IS!!!
It took me a while to remember how to hula hoop at first. And learning certainly came at the cost of a few objects on tables and a bit of the wall (as noted in the video). But I am now on my way to becoming a master hooper. And if I can do it, anyone can.
