Louis Ghost Chair.

I love the Philippe Stark "Louis Ghost Chair" from Kartell.

The Husband does not.

Therefore, if I purchase one of these beautifully molded chairs, it will not go anywhere that he will get to enjoy it.

It will be mine. All mine.

Ok, please don't shoot me. I love and respect your blog. BUT what is with these chairs?? Everyone I know LOVES them and I just keep seeing plastic lawn chair. Am I missing something?? Do the massage your tush and serve you mimosas? lol
One word.... EAMES!!! Okay, I'm a bit biased!

Me likey the ghost chair, I think it would funk up any room. I hear they scratch pretty bad though.

LOL! Completely understand Cara. For the longest time, I didn't understand the lust for these by other people. It wasn't until I saw them in person a couple times, styled in various ways.

They're very feminine. I want one, maybe in white... but possibly in the clear... For my dressing room.

Yum, I think it is the fake ones that scratch badly. The originals aren't supposed to scratch at all. They're scratch-resistant. But I may get it in the white, instead of the clear to avoid the risk.

I've got one. It's an extra chair when you need it, but it's invisible so it's not bulky. Others may say 'been there done that' (BTDT... what?) but I just love it. And it's actually comfy and doesn't scratch, funky, traditional yet modern.
