Bikram Yoga - Day Two

Progress has been made!

After going to yoga the past few weeks, I can actually see a difference in my body... And this is exciting. This past weekend I had noticed that my arms had begun to slim down. They aren't all buff and creepy like Madonna's arms...



But they are longer and leaner-looking. I'm no longer afraid to go sleeveless in an outfit. (Yay!)

In addition to the arm success, I have noticed that all of my pants are a little bit looser. Just a wee bit... But I've only been going to yoga for 3-4 days a week for the past two weeks. So imagine what will happen to my legs over the next 30 days!!!!!

I'm so excited! Yay!
