Numb Finger Tips. Cramping Arm.

First class back at Bikram after a 10-day (unintended) break.

In Standing Head to Knee, my left finger tips went numb. In Standing Bow, my left arms started to cramp. In Balancing Stick, I couldn't keep my arms elevated.

I sat down. Drank my Emergen-C. And then got back in the game.

I will never, ever, ever, take that long of a break between classes again. And I will drink Emergen-C with my liter of water BEFORE I go to class, rather than just plain water, to hydrate.

Oh... And I will STOP standing in the front right corner of the class... Where it is ridiculously hot and the air seems to sit and fester.
