One Lucky Duck Pina Colada Shake.

One of my favorite places in New York City is One Lucky Duck. It's a fairly quick walk over to Chelsea Market in my neighborhood, where it resides. That location offers snacks, shakes, smoothies and juices. All vegan. All organic. All awesome.

Today, after a successful trip to the Apple Store (to reset my new computer, after I messed up the file transfer when I got it last week), I popped next door to score myself a Pina Colada shake.

Pineapple. Coconut. Coconut water. Drizzle of agave syrup. Squeeze of lime.

Easy enough for me to try to make it myself at home.
