It's nearly the first of the month, which means it's time for a new fitness class schedule from Equinox.
I rarely go to the classes anymore, though they are quite fun. And I have to admit that I am really intrigued by a new one being offered starting tomorrow...

Gimmicky and timely, yes... But it may be enough to motivate me to actually show up for it. Though, I do wish they offered it in the mornings, rather than the evenings... I am more likely to attend in the mornings.
