Eyebrow Shaping: Carving Arches!

I don't know that I have ever had a proper brow shaping.

I've been having my eyebrows professionally "managed" for about seven years now. But I have always been lazy with it... I wait anywhere from three to seven months between waxings. Despite the length hiatus between visits, I have never encountered an overly ambitious waxer who took too much off.

Quite the opposite, in fact.

I've always had waxers who didn't take enough off. Maybe they thought it would get me back on the waxing table more frequently, if they took less off and didn't shape as aggressively? Who knows. But yesterday, I finally had a professional who wasn't afraid.

Notice the long flat-shaped brow? Eww.

And here is me now...

I have arches! Yep! She carved an arch in my brow. And she cleaned them up so gorgeously!

The professional I saw was at Lux Spa in Yorkville. She splits her time between Toronto and London. But she'll be back in August... Which will give my brows plenty of time to grow back in for another shaping.

I'm just excited to have arches for once!
