Healthy Dish For The Weak: Poached Eggs.
It was time. After many years of attempting, failing and fearing... I have finally learned, at the age of 33, how to properly poach an egg.
And you know what? It ain't rocket science!
Others gave me their tips... Like putting a little vinegar in the water. In the end though, I didn't need that. Just patience. And a low-simmering pan of water.
Yum.
Exactly three minutes in the water, and they come out perfectly.
Heaven!
