And... I agree with the "Snob"... Guinness is the best beer around. And it's not too bad in the calorie department... 125 a can. (I ONLY drink it from the can, and only if it's warm.)

Have you ever tried Heffenweizen (sp?)? A waitress in a restaurant that I go to brought me one this summer and I really liked it.. It's a wheat bear, and isn't filtered, so it's cloudy looking. Has a hint of lemon following and has become my favorite for hot summer days.
To the commenter above - Heffenweizen is a great beer. I'm not a big beer drinker but it is one of the only ones I genuinely like.
I want to learn which beers go best with which foods/occasions and all of that. i've got some of the basics down, but i've got a lot of beers to try yet. Gotta get busy with that! LOL
I can tell you to stay away from Monty Pythons Holy Grail Ale. Nasty stuff.
