Off the Caf.

So, for the next few days, I am not allowed any of the following:

Caffeinated Coffee Beverages
Large Amounts of Chocolate (Small doses are fine... But no chocolate cupcakes from the Buttery.)
Artficial Sweetners (I love Sweet-n-Low... Detest Splenda.)
Vigorus Exercise (Light exercise is fine. But no Bikram yoga.)

Ugh... I hate committing to being a better person. A non-fat decaf cappuccino isn't the same as the fully caffeinated kind.

Helps with conception. So does taking a few teaspoons or Robitussin a few days before you ovulate.
