Yes. I understand what it is like to write and create under pressure. I know what it is like to suffer from writers block quite badly. However, I think it is pretty obvious that Kaavya Viswanathan, a Harvard sophomore, did sample passages for her first novel "How Opal Mehta Got Kissed, Got Wild and Got a Life" from Megan McCafferty's novel, "Sloppy Firsts."
I don't condone any writers sampling without getting proper permissions and giving proper credits.
