Podcasting?

Okay...

So, now that I have so much free time on my hands... (Though, let's be honest, even when I was working, I had plenty of free time too... I just didn't have my Mac at work with me...) I am thinking about starting to podcast.

However, in order to podcast, one has to have something to podcast.  So, I am taking suggestions. Please leave your suggestions for podcasts you would like to see me do in the comments.

Many thanks!

Hey! What you need is Audacity - it's a free program - if you go to their site, there's some info on a little simple plugin that you need to convert to mp3 files. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/mac
Audacity is really simple to use and edit with.

Then get yourself a microphone and you're good to go!

Last year I did 35 podcast episodes with a focus on humorous, modern interpretations of yoga philosophy and learned a lot along the way. I'd be happy to talk to you about podcasting if you'd like.

Here's an index of the episodes

My e-mail address is on the page.

I definitely think you should do something about fashion -- I think it is one of your callings in life my dear.

Maybe start out doing something like they do on FabSugar...setting up an event (first date, company outing, meeting friends at airport) and then create the perfect outfit around it. It may be more difficult than writing a blog post because it is all audio with no visual, but fun nonetheless...plus it will allow you to do LOTS of window shopping!

Good luck...can't wait to HEAR what you do!

I thought if you were a valued asset at your company Sounds strange to me that if you worked hard - you would not have any time to do anything online there?!

LOL! My job was in interactive marketing... Being online all day is part of job.

And I had more time in recent months because I had already hired my replacements for when I move to Canada in May. So, at this point, I was very redundant. There really wasn't much left to do but hang around online all day, and sit through a few meetings "here and there."
