Happy Birthday To B.S.

Oh how I miss the Britney from the days or yore...

It's been 10 years since she hit the scene... And back then, she had her shit more together than she does today.

Speaking of today, Miss Britney Spears is now 27. Hopefully this means she will be a little more mature. When you hit 27, that's technically your "late 20s." That means it's time to grow up a little... And learn how to take care of yourself better.

I too adore the old Britney. What has become apparent to me is that this woman is someone who has never been taught how to take care of herself. She grew up with everything being dictated to her (clothing, schedule, what music to sing, her friends/handlers) and so she can't seem to make choices on her own. She doesn't quite get how to care for herself or take care of her kids. I think she wants desperately to be in control of her own life now that she's older, but she's still that child that got discovered on Star Search. Basically fan and wealth stunted her growth into a self actualizing individual.

I worry about her, but that said, I freakin' love her!!!
