Healthy Dish For The Weak: Quinoa Tabbouleh.
Since I leave for vacation in a few days, I can't guarantee that I will be able to eat sensibly while away. So I decided to eat healthy before I leave, and just take my chance once I hit the road. (Or "air," as it is.)
While out grocery shopping (what? you thought a snow storm would keep me away from the shops? no, silly!), I came across a recipe in the health foods aisle for quinoa tabbouleh.
Yum! Mint, parsley, lemon juice, scallions... (I left out the tomatoes - as I think they taste like ass.) So healthy. And it was tasty. So tasty, even The Husband didn't complain.
