"You'll Shoot Your Eye Out Kid!"

A Christmas tradition for me (and my family) is the 24 hour marathon of A Christmas Story on TBS...

How can you not love it when Flick sticks his tongue on the pole?

And when Ralphie daydreams about his Red Rider BB Gun?

And his father's excitement over winning the "major award?"  He thinks it's from Italy!

It's a "statue!"

And his mother's embarrassment over the sexy lamp?

And how about when Ralphie screams out the dirty word ("Oh FUCK!") when helping his dad change the flat tire?  The punishment scene was priceless...

I love this film.  I only watch it at Christmastime.  And only on TBS.  I watch at least four times throughout the marathon.  If there's one tradition I have, it's this.
