Repeal Day Means You Can "Drink."
It is Repeal Day today.
What is that?
Well, it's the anniversary of the day that the U.S. repealed the 18th Amendment, which made obtaining alcohol illegal. You know... "Prohibition."
And today happens to be the 75th anniversary of the end of prohibition. So Frogger, Bail and I are going to make a stop at Barbara Lynch's new Fort Point place tonight... Which is appropriately called "Drink."
Yes, we will go get our "drink on," in celebration of regaining the freedom to drink.
