South End Bandits?

I was walking home this afternoon on West Newton Street when I passed a white car that had something scribbled on the top. As I walked back to see what was written I thought, "That sucks. I'm never owning a car in this city and parking it on the street!"

We have bandits in the South End? Is this a gang, or something?
