They have this feature called "Flirt Divert". And it is freaking hilarious!
The gist: When you're out in public hanging with your friends and you receive unwanted attention from another person, instead of turning them down to their face... You give them the "Flirt Divert" number... 07770 756 408. (This a U.K. number.) The person then calls the number thinking it's your mobile and leaves you a message. Radio One then plays the messages on the air. And it is sad... some of the messages people leave are really bad.
American radio stations need to get with the program and make air time more entertaining. We can't all afford Sirius to listen to Stern and Martha!
