Healthy Dish For The Weak: Squash Soup & Pasta.

After work today, I decided that instead of going to yoga I would go to Borders and pick up a new magazine.  There were only a few new fashion ones out, so I ventured to the food ones... And picked up the Vegetarian Times.

On the cover was a delicious-looking soup...  Squash with paprika-spiced pepitas and cilantro.  



Tasty!

I paired it with some portobello pasta and sheep's cheese sprinkled on top.  This was a lighter meal, and even The Husband ate it.  (And he's quite picky.  It's like he's a kid.)
