Bikram Yoga Challenge: Day 1.

It started today!

This is my fifth Bikram yoga 30-day challenge in two years. Woohoo! And as of this past Saturday, I have been practicing Bikram yoga for four years.

My, how time flies!

Tonight's class was good. I had strained my lower back a little working out this morning with The Trainer. We were too aggressive with some weight. And I had worried that the yoga could agitate things... What, with all the back-bending and forward-bending...

But, nope. Very good class. And my back actually felt really good by the end of class.

Now, I will head to bed for a nice, peaceful sleep.
