Bikram Yoga Challenge: 55/60 & 56/60.

Had to do another back-to-back today. And I will be doing it again tomorrow. Then, I shall be all caught up from missing class on Saturday and Sunday.

The back-to-backs aren't too bad. Though, I typically have a rough time in one of the classes. On Friday it was the first class. Today it was the second class. But that's the risk you run when doing direct back-to-backs... Your body has a rough time, either when it is warming up with the first class or trying to endure in the second class.

Today, the main problem was with my hydration. In the second class, I had too much water in my belly... So front-side compressions sucked.

But I am almost there. Only four more classes to go. And then no more doubles for a while.
