Part of me wonders if Jess still thinks of herself at her Dukes of Hazzard weight? Not that it excuses the unflattering outfit choices but I feel like she's dressing for a body she doesn't know she has. We see this in the shop a lot actually.
Women shop for a body much dumpier body than what they have. It's like they don't realize their own potential to be hot tickets! I put this curvy girl into skinny jeans yesterday and she couldn't get over it. It was a revelation for her. But it had to be the RIGHT skinny for her.
