Healthy Lunch.

Since a new battle is raging inside my body (you know, the one against acid reflux), I have decided to be better about what I eat for lunch each day.

I am trying to stick with "cooling" foods. Nothing with any acid or carbonation. (So no Coke Zero :( ...) So here is what I am eating right now for lunch...



Grapes... Carrots... Celery... Yogurt... Peanut butter...

Now let's see if I have any pain in tonight's yoga class.

I developed acid reflux right after I began drinking coffee last April - before that, I never had any reflux problems. Have you added something new to your diet that might be causing these issues?

I heart Coke Zero...thankfully it doesn't cause me any problems. It's also in my google alerts so that if it ever goes off the market, I will know and will buy as many as I can find =)
