Healthy Dish For The Weak: Type A Tacos.

Crazy day at work.

Well, it wasn't crazy till the very end of the day... When I was the last one to leave. (Though don't feel too bad for me... I left at 6:15pm.)

By the time I got home, I had energy to burn and a desire for something healthy. So I decided to make "Type A Tacos."



I call them "Type A..." because they are wheat-free, cow dairy-free, and packed with ideal vegetables and plant proteins.

Ingredients:
  • Cod
  • Zucchini
  • Black Beans
  • Goat Cheddar
  • Avocado
  • Lime
  • No tortillas (Though, if you must have them, go with flour tortillas.)
It's pretty easy to figure out how to put them all together. So it's a quick dish to get together, and it's very healthy.

Oh...

And it tasted awesome!
