Herb Chicken With Lemon Spaghetti Recipe.

A few people wrote in requesting the Lemon Spaghetti recipe I made earlier this week. Here you go:

Pasta Ingredients:
  • Spaghetti (enough for 2 people)
  • Ricotta Cheese (1/2 a cup)
  • Chives (1 tablespoon, chopped)
  • Lemon (juice and zest from half of it)
  • Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • Butter (1 tablespoon)

Herb chicken Ingredients:
  • Chicken breasts (3/4 of a pound, boneless)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Herbes de Provence (1 tablespoon)

Directions:
Boil a pot of water and cook the spaghetti. Throw all the other pasta ingredients into a bowl. Meanwhile dump the olive oil into a saute pan over medium-high heat. Sprinkle the herbs over the chicken, and also season with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken for 12 minutes, flipping over halfway through. Let chicken sit for about five minutes, then cut up into bite-sized chunks.

Once pasta is done cooking, throw into the bowl of remaining ingredients and toss. Throw in chicken chunks and toss some more.

Then you're done, and can shove it into your mouth.
