I Need 90 Ounces Of Water Each Day.

I just did my calculation of how much water I need to be drinking each day. And it's about 90 ounces, at the very least, if I drink a shot of espresso.

So, in order to get this done today (since the reflexologist, my facialist and acupuncturist have all said the same thing to me over and over again, "You're dehydrated!"), I went across the street and picked up a 50 ounce bottle of Fiji water.

I plan to get this drunk before Bikram tonight... After which I will need to consume at least another 50 ounces to make up for what I sweat out in class, and to hit my daily consumption needs.

Let the "peeing every 10 minutes" now commence!

haha. I had this same realization a while ago and it seemed so daunting! Now what I do is carry around a nalgene (which holds over 32 oz of water) I usually drink one nalgene while working out, another throughout the work day and usually one in the evening. It's true that when I first started drinking this much water, I was running to the bathroom alot, but after about a week, my body really got used to the water and I find that I'm much more 'regular'. My skin is so much better and now I can't imagine NOT drinking this much water.

Our office brings one in for us. She works at Bella Sante. However, you can get Reflexology done at Exhale near the Public Garden.
