This morning I got up and was in the mood for blueberries. However, I did not have time to make the delicious blueberry pancakes I made on Sunday from scratch. Instead, I decided to improvise and make smoothies for The Husband and I. (I never make him breakfast during the week. This was a treat for him.)
I didn't have a recipe handy for the smoothies... But really now, smoothies are quite simple. You don't really need a recipe. Here's mine, from the top of my head:
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 banana
Yummy!

Sounds delicious. What can you tell me about the top of your table? Is it covered with a doily (or similar) or is that the inlay of the table? Have been looking for a table covering similar to that, but I don't like flimsy lacy doilies.
This is actually a picture of the desk in my home office.
What's on it are a bunch of cut-out felt placemats that I bought from Motley Home (right downstairs from my apartment on Tremont) about two months ago.
Motley Home is being remodeled and is opening soon, but I think it will have a new focus... Not just home stuff. And the placemats didn't have recognizable brand name... And I didn't keep any of the markings... So I don't know where else you could buy them.
I prefer placemats over tablecloths though.
I love that glass!
The smoothie looks wonderful. I'll have to make one soon.
