Healthy Dish For The Weak: Irish Oatmeal.

I was out from about 3pm yesterday sipping wine till almost 8pm. Then I went to dinner on Newbury Street and had another glass of wine along with some gourmet mac and cheese.

I woke up at about 3am this morning feeling like I was gonna puke. (From roughly five glasses of wine over seven hours?) So I needed something sturdy and filling for breakfast.

I chose to make irish oatmeal...



Irish oats... Raisins... Almonds... Cinnamon and some cream. Yummy.

Now I must go to the gym and run.
