Bikram Yoga 30-Day Challenge: Day One.

Restarted the 30-day challenge today. Despite coming down with the flu and getting derailed just a few days ago, I had a pretty good class. I only sat down once, and just for a few seconds. Many of my poses were good. And throughout the class, my heart rate stayed at a decent rate... I burned through about 575 calories in the 90 minutes.

I think I had a better class today, still a little sick, than I did all last week before I got sick.

Weird how that works out sometimes.

I think getting sick is the body's way of hitting the reset button. It's like you can start from scratch after that. Good luck with the 30 day, hope you don't have to do any more restarts!
