Decided to indulge in a sophisticated meal this evening... Butternut squash ravioli with brown butter sage sauce and pork chops Marsala...



Delicious! Haven't made pork chops Marsala in YEARS... And have never made the ravioli with brown butter sage sauce.

Looks delish! If you have left over sage, try the butternut squash sage pesto in Skinny Bitch. It's great! p163, I think.

I drank a Malbec. Don't know if that goes... But it tasted really good.
