To give up for you all. Well, for at least for 39% of you.
Me? Alcohol was the second easiest thing for me to give up. Or rather, because it wasn't the focus of what I wanted to give up last week, I put it down second. My first choice for the "easiest" thing to give up was caffeine. And I more or less succeeded at it.
Yes, that's right... I was able to give it up for the most part. In fact, I only had two espresso drinks with actual caffeine in them in the past 13 days. Now that's progress!
