I Must Have Been Craving The Protein.

It's Spring... And I was craving Spring veggies - leeks and asparagus. So I made a crust-less quiche:



Yum... Eggs, asparagus, leeks, Gruyere. And I ate a good chunk of it. I think I needed the protein, so I don't feel guilty.

I love Spring veggies. Even more than Summer veggies.

Seriously - great photo - looks yum! I never know what to do with Leeks and I feel like I always have leftovers...now I know what to make. Thx Missus :)
