No More Bikram Yoga.

... For at least the next two weeks.

This totally blows, but it's for my greater good. I saw my specialist this morning. She has forbidden me from the following things for at least the next two weeks, possibly longer:
  • Bikram yoga (No raising my body temperature!)
  • Jogging (No interval training, as it could jostle things around.)
  • No elliptical machines. (Same reason as above.)
  • No added pressure on my abdomen. (Could also push things around unnecessarily.)
So this bites. But, it is for my health.

Though, Winter is probably the one season where I am most devoted in my Birkam practice, as I love being able to sweat in little clothing, and then go outside where it is cold and icy. It feels really good in the two extremes.
