Sedona?

Just giving some thought to taking a trip over Labor Day weekend. Even though I grew up in Arizona, I have never been to Sedona.

I am trying to scope out and see if there is a maybe a yoga retreat I could go to over the long holiday weekend. I think that would be fun.

Plus, I could pop in quickly and see my family.

I LOVE Sedona. It was one of my absolutely favorite places. I think you would really like it. I have some great pics if you are interested. My husband and I went there for our first weekend away -- about 7 years ago. Definitely your kind of place... I'm jealous!

The Red Rocks are mesmerizing. There is a great yoga spa in Sedona called Devi Yoga (http://www.deviyogasedona.com/). But really, any resort in Sedona will have yoga/pilates classes. The mood of the area is very spiritual and relaxing. Go, go, go! (But that's my birthday weekend so if you leave I'll insist on a present from Sedona)

Favorite place ever :) When I lived in Phoenix I went to Sedona every other weekend. It's so beautiful and you'll really love the spiritual vibe.

Bring me back a beautiful red rock! :p
