Wusthof Japanese Chef's Knife.

Now that I have made a few dishes with my new Wusthof Japanese Chef's Knife (which I picked up at Crate and Barrel on Friday), I can give you my review of it...

I LOVE it!!!!



This knife is so safe to use. And it's easy to use. And it cuts through all my veggies. I don't have to use a separate one for tomatoes... This thing cuts through them perfectly.

If you are thinking of getting a kitchen knife, I recommend getting this one.
