This Is Why I Only "Carry-On."

I have never (knock on wood) lost luggage during travel. I have traveled with checked luggage at Christmastime in the past, and had my luggage get a direct flight to my final destination and arrive way early, while I had a connection... But I never have lost any luggage.
And I am taking every precaution I can to never lose luggage.
This year, I am taking a carry-on only to Arizona. And I shipped all my gifts to Arizona earlier this week.
No checked luggage. Not now. Hopefully not ever.
