Umm... Seriously... Who gets this dolled up to go holiday shopping in L.A.?



Black tights. Black boots. Mini skirt. Shiny satin. I don't even get that dolled up when I go out to a fancy dinner with The Husband. (Taco Bell is always a "casual dress" kind of place.)
