I Benched 70 Pounds Today!

Yay me!

I worked out with my trainer this morning... Today she had me progressively bench pressing weight. First we started off with 40 pounds for 10 reps. Then I went up to 50 pounds for 8 reps. Then there was 60 pounds for 6 reps. Then 70 pounds for just 4 reps.
