It is a great idea -- I should do it too (especially since my blog is so new!). I vote for the second -- the outfit is more approachable and the first is so formal. However, I wish the copy didn't overlap her arm but I'm a crazy perfectionist designer (I can help if you want - just email me!).
I actually had business cards made two years ago when I started the blog... And whenever I went somewhere in Boston, I would leave a few behind...
So, for example, when I went to dinner, I would leave a card after I paid my bill. And I would post them on the bulletin board at Starbucks. That kind of thing...
Thanks for the feedback Stilettos! I can adjust the text so it doesn't overlap.

Hmm....only "knowing" you through your blog, which I obsessively love to read and reminisce my single, no children, carefree days living in Boston, I don't see you in that wrap dress. Not at all, a wrap dress...yes. THAT wrap dress...no. I think I actually hate that dress, a lot. I see women in my Mom's club wearing that dress.

This may just be me, but I immediately thought of Lorelai Gilmore when I saw the Missus #2. The character wore a different Diane von Furstenburg dress in nearly every episode; while I love the wrap dress, I agree with Anonymous in that I just don't love *that* wrap dress.
Thanks Legally! I wish the wrap dress came in a solid color, and not a print. Because truth be told, I would not be likely to wear a print like that. The three wrap dresses, I have and wear, are black or red.

Black will always be chic, the other card could look dated after awhile.
