What Hurts...

It's the morning after my crazy day of workouts... And here's a summary of what hurts:
  • Ass. Specifically my outer ass cheeks. It hurts to stand up.
  • My triceps. Ouchie! These hurt so bad. I can't fully straighten my arm.
  • My shoulder blades. Just sitting up straight, I can feel my shoulders.
Surprisingly, my abs do not hurt.

My trainer and my Pilates instructor REALLY know what they're doing.

I feel your pain. On Friday I met with my trainer for the first time. We did a crazy routine full of squats, lunges and abductor/adductor work. Going up stairs, sitting down, or bending over were not easy tasks during the days following that session. My ass still hurts.

I have my second session tonight. Am I crazy for looking forward to it?!

I look forward to my training sessions every single week. I know I am guaranteed to get in a really good work out when I go each week.
