What Hurts...
It's the morning after my crazy day of workouts... And here's a summary of what hurts:
My trainer and my Pilates instructor REALLY know what they're doing.
- Ass. Specifically my outer ass cheeks. It hurts to stand up.
- My triceps. Ouchie! These hurt so bad. I can't fully straighten my arm.
- My shoulder blades. Just sitting up straight, I can feel my shoulders.
