30-Day Yoga Challenge: Day One.

Rough class. So very rough. Despite having gone three days already this week, I had major problems with postures where I have to put pressure on my stomach. Every time I tried to do one of these postures, I would start to feel sick. As though I wanted to vomit.

But feeling these things is the point of the class. You feel bad things, and eventually they go away. The more often you come to class and move in and out of the postures, the more comfortable they will become.

Day two will be better. The challenge, for me, will end February 3, 2007; which is perfect... Because this is the day of one of my friends' birthday parties. Yay!
