My thighs! Oh my thighs!
I had another break-through in class today. In Dhanurasana (Bow Pose), the front of my legs burned. In the first set, I thought it was pain from kicking my legs up higher than I ever have before in the pose. In the second set, though, I realized it wasn't really pain. It was my quad muscles getting stretched out more than they have in that pose.
Little progressions every day. I definitely have bounced back and am having good classes again. First wall of the challenge has been broken down.
