Gluten-Free Lunch.

I don't have celiac disease... (I feel badly for anyone who does have it.) But I like the idea of being more conscientious of what I am putting into my body when it comes to gluten, dairy and meat. So I have decided that with this 30-day Bikram challenge I would be going completely meat-free and watching both my dairy and gluten intake.

A challenge on top of the challenge! Yay!

Sadly, this means no Taco Bell for lunch or dinner.


(Sad face...)

But I can have something else I love...
