Bikram Yoga Challenge: 25/60.

Not much to report on today's class. It was tough, as I went first thing in the morning. And when I start my day by rolling out of bed and heading directly to the Bikram studio, it makes for a "creaky" practice.

My bones "snap, crackle and pop!" I can't seem to go deeply into back bends. My balance sucks. But damn! My focus rocks. No fidgeting.

My mind must still have been asleep.

Almost halfway through the challenge. Almost.

I've noticed the same in the mornings. Distractions are fewer and easier to ignore. Flexibility, etc..., are all off. The great thing about the mornings is how much better the rest of the day is after yoga.
