Bikram Challenge Day 1: Sick? Sweat It Out!

This afternoon was Day 1 of my Bikram yoga challenge.  And the sore throat and flu-like symptoms did not make for a nice class.

I was shaking by the balancing series.  And very dehydrated, despite downing lots of herbal tea this morning.  But it's all part of "sweating it out."  I felt great after class... And I will be able to recover from this illness in just a few days.

Day 2 is at 9:30am tomorrow!

I miss that bikram high...need to try and get to a class soon :(
